Well arsenal won so thank god we did not beat city.Any way all this talk about champions league is purely down to money because we would have struggled to get out of the group as will Villa

Probably true that we would struggle but I d still like to have had a chance to see. Also champions league puts more pressure on levy to make the squad stronger
And personally although I would hate Arsenal to win the league, id rather of them won and we got 4th spot , I care how far we can go , not how the others do

Season over so no more useless chat about the best two teams in the league.Just pray that some time in the future we might be in that company

Funny how people are still talking about City, the team who are top, the team fighting to win the league and the team in form that actually needed to win the game. We didn’t lay down, we played well and the result wasn’t unexpected in reality. Let’s forget about that game and focus on what we have done this season.

We played really well today against a poor side. 5th place is exactly what we deserved from this season and we are now really well placed to compete in a European competition that we can actually have a go at. The football this season has been way better to watch and has hopefully helped Ange identify exactly what he needs in the summer. The key now is the club must give the manager the signings and funds he needs and we must also move on a fair few. I’m also hoping that Mason moves on for the upcoming season and we hire a set piece coach to plug the gaps they have created all season.

Will never happen under these owners..not in a million years.
2 seasons ago ars% al finished below us. They cleared out deadwood made signings and challenged for the title in the last 2 seasons. They will spend whatever is needed to get a proper number 9 this summer and they will go for it again next season. Their ambition is to win titles. We have no ambition.

  6. Thank God that’s over. A dreadful end to the season on all fronts.

Looking forward to the new European formats next year. Lots of games to play and lots of different opponents. We should have had Champions League, but at least the Europa finally has some credibility again after ridding itself of that ridiculous parachute.

Will be a very interesting summer. The club has done very well in the market for the most part lately, but will need to continue in this manner. We have some good pieces in place already and a good manager to put it all together. We will only improve.

well it's all done...... let's hope for a good summer transfer window.

In the last few weeks Ange has looked like a man with a serious face and plans to put in place....

let's do what we fans always do................. hope

Watching Bayern on spurs web and Vicario has done it again giving a goal away by playing out from the back.We have only Porro of our back four playing at the moment and we are looking **** in defence.Get it sorted Ange or you will be under pressure very early on

Total embarrasement so far today.totally out played by Bayern and although we have a make shift back four Ange does not seem capable of coaching defence.I give him 3 months maximum And then we will be left with mediocrity It’s the hope that kills you.Come on all you Ange fans and knock me for my views

Game over and Bayern gave us a lesson in control for the second week.one thing to emerge is that Ange needs a defensive coach because he seems stuck in his ways and we are wide open at times. Two must starters now should be Bergval and Gray but we all know they won’t because Ange will stick to his favourites.Son is now a liability and Maddison needs a kick up the rear.i did not see any thing different from the end of last season and pinning hopes on new centre forward bringing some calm in the opposing area.I still think we
Should go for Toney as well

Didn’t see the game but agree a defensive coach is needed. Howeve if 3 of our main starters were t playing then it’s probably not as bad as it looks

What can I say after watching us get schooled by Bayern twice. This season is so full of hope and Bergvall and gray look the business but we still have the same defensive frailties and son has lost his pace.I hope that with a more dominant centre forward we may change our attacking system because we don’t create too much,I strongly believe that we need Toney as well and put Sonny on bench .I am not sure that Ange has any idea how to change system to counter the opposition when they suss his Angeball. Can you imagine Pep or Klopp not having a plan two.I fear the fans will be on his back if we get turned over early season especially if we lose at Leicester

Ange won't see another full season

The playground level "tactics" are just childish and unsustainable at top level.

It's quite telling he needs kids to play it.

    This window has been appalling.

I suspect that Felon and I will feel the full weight of the rose coloured because we don’t bow to the myth that is Angeball.I really want to be wrong but my heart can’t rule my head

You are correct. Doing the same things again and again expecting different results..
Fans saying Sarr "still only young" he can't pass a ball and Bissouma isnt much better. Several times last season either one was subbed half time because it doesn't work. It a a non existent central midfield which every Premier league team will cut through. To not sign the midfield players needed is the usual negligence we've come to expect from this ownership. I can't see Ange getting it away with it this season. We are easy to play against and the despite an exodus of dross the squad is still bloated full of championship quality.

Good comments Big Flange .i have struggled with our lightweight midfield for ages.I think Bergvall will make a difference if given the chance but I expect same old same old for first game.Maybe a proper striker may take some pressure off and don’t forget he does a great job in defending corners as well.I believe that we still need another signing before the window shuts and if we don’t get one then we will struggle with a couple of injuries.Unfortunately although Ange has the right outlook to attack we must also have a defensive strategy and he stubbornly refuses to look at this side of things and I expect this could be his downfall. It worked at Celtic but the premier ship is a far better animal and has managers who can change tactics when things are not working

Unbelievable footage of Bissouma inhaling laughing gas. This is illegal and dangerous and no way should he be playing next Monday. What a wasted talent this boy has become as he was brilliant at Watford. This now means bergvall must start.Too much money and too much free time these days for boys not ready to grow up.I hope Ange does not do a cover up and treat the supporters as idiots

100% agree. Forget what the club says and judge with your own eyes. Apart from a few games at the beginning of last season Angeball is a total myth. The same sideways backwards clueless passing under Conte and previous managers remains. Half the team is Premier league level the other half is not. The Premier league level will no longer compensate for Sarr and Jumpin jack laughing gas....

    That’s the spirit.

If only Jose would return. Ah, those were the days.

I will agree on one thing though. This window needs another good signing or two. Or we’ll all be reaching for the laughing gas soon enough.
