How are we not 4 down .Whatever happens now he must not be allowed pick another Tottenham team

 

Please please no more the man is so out of his depth it’s not true.Why the hell did Kulu not start and he is a midfielder not a winger and son is not a centre forward.Every spurs fan knows this so why does the pretender not see it.Cant wait to see how many Celtic put past this lot on Sunday.Credit Rangers for their closing down and complete control of 50 50 balls.I think a good girls team could knock most of our team off the ball. seriously though I have watched good players become worse under Ange apart from Kulu.Not a coach to inspire anyone.Still the Ange lovers will find excuses and will continue to do so until we are potlesscagain

I see the happy clappers are not posting today WHY??Have you ever seen a more insipid display from a cup team as last night.Totally out run totally out fought totally embarrassing.We have injuries yes but at least 10 of the team have premiership experience.We have 2 centre halves on bench and he plays one of the promising midfielders instead. He quite rightly criticises Verner in public but it was him that picked him and why only Verner when Son was worse as was Bissouma.Did he really think leaving Kulu and Solanke on bench would produce win.I am fed up with the SPURSY chants on the media and something must change as I can’t see this changing in the near future?.Criticise levy all you like but Ange picks the team and we have spent 10 times the money that Rangers have spent.Could we lose to Southampton At the weekend because they really are the worse team in the premiership and that really would not be acceptable.Dr tottenham will probably see them alright

 

I am so disappointed by this website as it seems only me is interested enough to post.I do tend to wear my heart on my sleeve but that’s because I have had a love affair with this club since my first live game Spurs 10 Everton 4.i have gone through the great double year and the heartbrake of relegation but still hope we can get back to being respected at least.It is no fun to win nothing but even more galling to have to listen to the interminable SPURSY chat. .this won’t go away until we win trophies and stop the the continuing insulting comments from other clubs.No other club has a word that is being considered for the Oxford dictionary

Maybe it’s because there is no point continually trying to respond to the let’s sack the manager brigade who have to point out just how long they have been watching us but seem to forget just how **** we have been for the last 40 or 50 years. Even Poch couldn’t escape the criticism despite getting to the CL final and consistently placing in the top 4. Now Ange is trying something different for the ‘we want our spurs back’ clan and all he has is the same lot who moaned about how boring we were to watch moaning every single week about him. The real problem is as it’s always been Enic and Levy not Ange. Ange won’t get the chance to fix anything because our fans will see to it that he is sacked or quits which really is quite sad given we are actually trying to play football every week now and despite our defensive shortcomings with better finishing things could have been so different

 

Or maybe it’s because of the embarrassment of a lucky draw against a team that cost 10% of ours

 

Still no posts this week from the regular Ange excusers after drawing with a team from 3rd in Scottish league.They will come roaring back when we eventually win a game.I post win or lose because I want us to succeed and am interested in other opinions even if different from my own.Surely that is what this site is for different opinions and discussion.I have taken enough abuse for my opinions but I will still criticise when needed and praise when warranted.Lets hope this site returns to its vibrant best of the past

 

Mason must be the unluckiest coach ever! Every manager he works with is ultimately unsuccessful and gets the sack including some the most successful coaches in the games history. The guy just can't catch a break! But there he remains week after week on that bench chin stroking, pensive, deep in thought, unwavered. What a loyal servant. We can only thank Daniel for securing his services and backing him no matter what the failings of the head coach. Daniel if you're reading this, thank you.

Oof, the Big Aussie Boof is showing signs of cracking. Cue every other Spurs manager since Dr Evil took over. Managing Spurs is a hazardous occupation.

Let’s hope he can hang on for a few weeks more, and then Daniela can bring in a couple of players with a hint of excitement about them, like Eze E or Toney Stark. Watching Brennan every week is enough to drive anyone to drink.

 

Ange said in his interview that he had no choice but to pick Werner as he has depleted squad. Then he doesn’t pick him!

Don’t mind this team. Obviously defence is very makeshift but the top 6 have got goals in them

But we couldn’t beat a Scottish team 2 days earlier and that clearly means the man’s got no idea how to manage a severely depleted squad with a big cup match in another 3 days followed by the league leaders in 3 days.

 

Yes shock/horror … we drew at Ibrox with a severely battered lineup … a game every 3 days is just not enough I reckon

 

It’s like a tennis match here. We win and everyone slags off the naysayers. We lose and the naysayers, say “look at us we were right!”
It’s got to be something in between for me.
Yes we can be world beaters on our day and I love the way we attack now but we shouldn’t be losing games like Ipswich and other lower teams.
Depleted squad definitely doesn’t help and I think everyone seems to agree DL takes a lot of the criticism for this.
I do think the team are behind Ang which wasnt the case with Conte and to an extent Jose, so this may help push him DL to listen a bit more. One can only hope

anyway good result against a poor team. Let’s hope it continues against Utd, although they will have their tails up after beating city!
