All about opinions Preed, I disagree with you about Mason. Don't mind being a dreamer, life is lost without dreams
I'm not bothered about attracting top names, I want us to attract hungry players with fire in their bellies and stars in ther eyes.

I take it from your comments Hurrikane that you are happy with mid table as that’s what you will get with Mason and No top names.Agreed I want hungry players but I have seen a lot of Wrexham on the tv this year and their players are hungry but the won’t cope at premiership level.I have no agenda against Mason but just think he needs to get a managers job away from spurs and see how he copes with the responsibility over a full season not just a fill in The one credit I give him is he had the bottle to drop Dier

I take it from your comments that you are reading me wrong. To be honest apart from our shared memories we have very different football philosophies and posting styles.
I'm not going to get in a slanging match with you, but I find your repeated ad hominem comments difficult to deal with.
So I'm not going to reply directly to you anymore, as I know its going to end up in arguments which I dont want.

Am looking forward to today's match as ever. Hoping for a win to edge us closer to top 6. If that also enhances Mason's claim for the permanent job, that's all good with me.

I know what hominem means and no comment I make is personal just not agreeing with the way you see our future.Previously posters like Felon82 were crucified for the same reasoning and he rarely posts anymore

  6. Mason is part of the problem and is fully embedded in the loser culture.

Another Mason masterclass.Mind you who could inspire these *****s

  8. Aston villa have a decent manager. We've got a kid on work experience who even Hull would not take as a manager.
It takes more than pensive thoughtful expressions on the touchline and mealy mouthed media trained waffle to make it as a manager. He actually said in the press conference yesterday.."we've got many captains". ENIC puppet.

As a group of professionals, the lack of any kind of improvement either as a unit or individually is quite astounding. Having no desire, passion, commitment or work rate for 70-80 minutes in each game is embarrassing and the only way to fix it is to link results to pay

Another insipid performance while the young apprentice(Mason) is lost as to what to .After his comments about us having so many captains where were they.Kane must look around himself and wonder how he has scored so many goals with this second rate team.I am fed up with the platitudes we give Skipp who is one of our own but is nowhere good enough for a top side and with the clogger Hojbjerg as his partner we really have the worst midfield in the premiership.I will not be happy if Levy goes ahead and buys Lenglet and offers Dier a new contract.Who wanted Porro we should have cancelled that loan after the first game and why have we got Danjuma and not even give him a game while Kulu has done nothing.I would not be disappointed if we did not buy him either.Levy had interfered in transfers but does not do the important thing like hiring a director of football and a manager. If Leeds need a win on The last
day of the season Dr Tottenham will see them okay

Mason seriously considering himself a candidate for the job… and the club apparently considering him… is honestly what’s most embarrassing today

I heard we’re also in for Martinez? an absolute douche of a human being

How you spend over a billion building one of the best stadiums in the world and then run the actual club like a Championship side?

This club is asking to get relegated… which while tragic would also be very funny to see this board get absolutely humiliated after all its hubris and greed… and Tottenham Stadium hosting Championship games lol

Sad to see Ryan fail his audition. The players must take much of the blame of course.
Once again I would like to see Danjuma given a start. I'm afraid Skipp isnt up to it, much as I want him to succeed
Bissouma PEH and Danjuma for me with Richie on the bench next time out.

When will Levy realise that we need at least a director of football right now or how else can we start to decide who stays and who goes.Apart from at least 6/ or 7 of the current squad we have another 8 on loan most of whom are surplus. The season will be over and the players off on holiday and a new manager has to make decisions based on what??Probably on masons recommendations.

I read that the fans...... at the ground.... were calling for Levy/ENIC to leave the club......
.... the fans......who keep giving Levy money.....
nothing else going on in their lives I assume....

This will never change while those fans pay ENIC money.
    STOP

I couldn’t agree more. Mason seems to be a decent person but is not anywhere close to being a first team quality manager. The fact some of the players are his friends/like him only goes to further demonstrate the lack of professionalism at the club.

Martinez is quite literally the worst possible example of a human in terms of attitude and respect for others and the sport. If we sign him, I will not watch us as he epitomises what is wrong with the spirit and attitude of the squad we have currently which is average players being paid far too much money with no desire or spirit at all.

The fancy stadium and facilities mean little if we continue to refuse to address the core problem at the club in terms of attitude and aptitude among most, if not all of the players. We would probably be better served by players from the Championship who mostly are playing for the love of the game and are desperate for an opportunity to play at the top level. We have a group who seem to think they have made it and are owed something for turning up. Relegation may be the the only way to spark the club into doing what is right and selling to someone who will invest in the playing side to drive results rather than in the commercial side to drive revenue.

Perhaps the call from some to stop going and to stop spending is the best way to drive change because I fear we would suffer irreparable damage if relegated. Perhaps the call to avoid games and merchandise is the best way to save our club long term.

Let’s hope United pick Ratcliffe and the Qataris come back for us….

    All very well said

I don’t wish to doomsday but we are a long way from the top presently… closer to the bottom to be perfectly real

And yes I wouldn’t want to watch us either if Martinez is a Spur… that would be an actual disgrace

It's going to be a very difficult rebuild. I just want a manager who will take all competitions seriously.
I cant see top 6 happening next season. But we just might win the ECL or the LC, and that would make me extremely happy

I'm not in London so I can't support you in expressing our disapproval of Levy's incompetence and Enic's departure from our beloved club. I will support Spurs all my life but it is time for the fall to stop and for a significant and more professional investment to be put in place by a new Managing team and quickly!

I often disagree with Preed but don’t think he has any personal grievances at all. I would advise continuing to respond to him. Without differing opinions this forum would be boring, unless we were winning everything and all saying we are great!

God what happened to ambition extremely happy with ecl.If Villa and Brighton win their games we won’t even qualify. We have to win both our games and hope those two slip up with theirs although they do have difficult games to come.My ambition higher than that I want to be above Arsenal and be in top four.I know it won’t happen but at least it’s ambition. Can you imagine Liverpool or United supporters being extremely happy with ecl.No wonder Levy continues to take the ****
