Nothing to do with him upsetting Ali because that was a good point the bad was the tedious football.when was the last time you were entertained at our ground because even though it’s a business this game was introduced years ago to entertain the populous

I've not been proper entertained by our side since about 17/18 season, I was 1 of very few calling out the turgid sh;te we were churning out and getting called negative being told to enjoy the ride.
But I could see it all creeking and going downhill despite nicking a top 4 spot and a fluke CL run.
I was 1 of a few people who was genuine about the state our squad was getting into and how many sub standard players were replacing top 1s.
None of this downward spiral has been of a shock to me.
People act as if this has all come out the blue and can't fathom why a squad so poorly put together over the past 5 years isn't firing on all fronts.
It's ridiculous, you could give this squad right now to Pep n it'd still be a wandering embarrassment because the players are awful in skill level and willingness.
Pep didn't have to make Delph a better player for his system he just got better players.
Just like Klopp didn't have to endure Joe Allen.
You can only play good football with quality players, and before people start talking about Brighton they couldn't play that football without quality willing players.
We have no balance, too many samey half arsed players, sloppy idiotic brain dead players who pass unchallenged to the opposition etc
Just like with Mourinho before il say it again I don't care if Nuno stays or goes but the next guy will have exactly the same problems until this squad is sorted out.

We do agree on some things then felon but having Pep or Klopp would perhaps attract players Nuno won’t.But it’s all a dream because we know Levy will never pay up for top quality

  4. Nuno is going to give Jose a very good run for the title as worst Spurs manager since Juande Ramos… he may well outdo them both if given the time

An obvious terrible hire from the get go and something we Spurs fans never deserved

A couple of observations about the players…

Kane should be dropped… shouldn’t even be at the club… as I hear it Spurs refused to even entertain offers for him despite his obvious desire to leave… clueless classless board getting what it deserves

Midfield is way too light in numbers and overall quality… Skipp is well overrated… just another young English pivot in a long line who offers very little yet is thought of highly

Davies shouldn’t play left back again… not when we’re absolutely wasting Sessegnon’s career… this team has major problems going forward… that’s the manager’s fault and yes he really doesn’t know how to fix it… but a good start would be not playing guys wide who offer nothing in the final third

I think Nuno talks to the players the same way he talks to the fans. It's evident that our style of play is also unintelligible on the pitch. It matches up perfectly. I am sure the sack will come before an improvement in the quality of interviews.

I remember when this website was busy with opinions for and against with informed and outrageous points being made. Now apart from the odd half dozen the apathy seems to have affected everybody. How do you feel that the tv critics on sky and the bbc are slating our performances as being pathetic and cringeworthy.Does Levy watch this and does it register with him.Do the players see this and surely no one wants to be criticised to this extent. After match comments by some players intimate that there is trouble behind the scenes well have the guts to bring it out in the open.I have not heard such a toxic atmosphere at our ground since Ramos and that will only lead to one thing but with his track record Levy will probably put the Mason in charge so winks and Ali will be back in favour. Please god no

I think it's a sad situation when you can name the players you would keep (excluding youth) on one hand

Nuno will be gone by Christmas.... and any new manager should only be classed on 5-aside games.... as you can't pick 11 top6 players

  8. Gone by 5pm hopefully

    I am still here, Preed.
Not many people would like to argue here and be called names in return for their thoughtfulness.
Regarding critics on Spy and BBsh;t the boys really expected MU to lose and become a target for their comments. Instead they unload all their prepared remarks on Spurs. Pathetic they are, IMO. Have you ever heard from them ever anything good about Spurs? I haven't. At best they would praise Pochettino attributing everything to him, as if Spurs being a club that should never be any good on its own. Why would Levy watch this? He is a supporter, which may be a not very good thing, but... Plus, watching TV by him does not produce any revenues for THFC.
No one will fire Nuno, all these talks are the smokescreen to calm down the supporters like yourself. There is no one to hire, unless Koeman is considered after his dismissal from Barcelona. That leaves Mason as the only choice. Mason is no Conte, not even Mourinho, who should've been kept after all.

You are joking Spurporter Kane and Son were the darlings of the tv boys for a couple of years.Nuno will be gone by Christmas. But no way dare Levy put Mason in charge again to recall his buddies Winks and Ali.I don’t think Lineker and Shearer were looking to criticise united just giving an honest opinion on how poor spurs were unless you disagree

When the next manager is announced and nothing changes will some finally concede what I've said all along you can't do what people want us to do without capable players?
Poch Mourinho & Nuno so who's next to try make a silk purse out of a sows ear?

There is no sense to change manager. But Levy could waste some money to pay for another one and pay Nuno his contract. In any case a 2-3 windows will be required to upgrade the squad and THEN evaluate the manager. Whoever that manager will be. Be prepared for rough ride in upcoming seasons.

Did Chelsea need to change lampard???what sense was that

  15. To listen to some here you’d get the impression all they think a manager does is cut the oranges at half time

Sorry lads this isn’t park football where you just hope your best 11 shows up on a Sunday morning sober or not

A Chelsea side packed with quality who'd had 200m pumped in that summer on more.
It's ridiculous when people use that 1 scenario as if it's the norm.
Whoever picks up Spurs next has all the players you regularly complain about being included because of how bad they are.
    It's 2 completely different scenarios

We still have a side and squad that are far more capable than they have shown. With a coach who can inspire positive attitudes and make changes that have a meaningful impact or with a system that suits the players available and having those players work for the benefit of the system, we would be playing a lot better than we are and have been for some time.
Training is to work on the issues that are identified in games and to develop patterns of play to implement during games. We still take corners under knee height, have nothing other than short ball and punt from goal kicks.

That packed Chelsea side that had 200m pumped into it was the same packed Chelsea side that were pretty average under Lampard. United have spent big and prior to playing us, had the same quality of performances that we had been putting in. Beating us 3-0 may have taken the pressure off of Ole this week but give him a few weeks and he will be back in the same position because Utd are shite, just a little better than us. Put a decent coach into Utd and they could be a very different proposition.

That didn’t take long…so Nuno is gone (which is the right decision IMO).

Who next….Conte or Potter for me

Conte is allegedly ready to accept Spurs job and on his way to London to finalise long term deal
