Arsenal moved to 1 point behind us last night, as if this season hasn't been embarrassing enough.
But luckily it had nothing to do with the players so should see them off easily now the shackles are off......

Is the suggestion that the Arse have an inferior squad to us.... and therefore it's embarrassing that they are only a point behind?

  7. Oh the sky is falling! Everybody run for their lives!

Please excuse me while you yank your own chain

    I follow Spurs... I couldn’t give a **** about ENIC

We are what we are... the 6th in revenue... the 6th in payroll

You can **** Jose’s **** all you like but he was a great disappointment

No massaging of the facts is going to change that

A complete waste of a season

Levy take a look at Leicester
Thats how to run a football club
Going forward, Back your manager, stop interfering in football matters and get rid of the clown who is in charge of recruitment

Not sure I've seen a Chairman lifting a trophy on the pitch before...... or will again.
But brilliant to see. He's clearly a well liked and well respected Chairman

Reports emerging that Zidane is leaving Real Madrid at the end of the season…I wonder what are the chances of picking him up?

    Agreed, Bielsa would be ideal

Unfortunately Baz unless the manager is backed to take this necessary action then they'll all just down tools again.
The squad we currently have doesn't have the youth n legs to it while also having big delusions of grandeur/egos

Kane tells levy that he wants to move and wants it sorted before the Euros in 19 days time.Who is he kidding.Apart from having no manager how do we get the players in that we need to replace the dross and Kane himself in that time.Whatever the outcome Kane has guaranteed chaos for the club he loves so much.Levy has so much to answer for as he knew that this would happen if Kane is telling the truth about his talk with Levy.It seems that Kane is now letting it be known that he got on with Mourino but admits that quite a few other players had serious doubts about him.Did Levy not see this or just decide to ignore the signs.I can seriously see Levy do his normal hard nose until the end of the transfer window and not leave any time for replacements. My fear is that we are running out of options for manager and I dread that we will go for Martinez or Parker and that will be a disaster.Levy’s latest pontification says he wants a manager who will bring back the spurs style of play and develop the youngsters .When did we ever develop youngsters and any one remember us doing well in the youth cup.

I’m not sure I agree that Kane has caused chaos.
I think more he has decided after lots of promises to build a squad capable of winning... that that really will never happen so it’s time to move on.

seeing Trippier pick up a league winner’s medal has probably tipped him over the edge

You. Don’t think the timing has caused chaos that’s why he leaked the info before the Villa game.If Levy prices him out of move then watch this space

  17. Guesty Guest

Of course DL will try and price him out of a move.......
DL will ask for £200m.... and work hard to get as near to that as he can.
And yes it will probably go to the end of the window.... that will largely be dgiwn to the other clubs not meeting the value..... and hoping the unrest will see Kane eventually move

DL may also have the worry of no European football to use as a bargaining chip

But tgat doesn't change the fact that Kane would have wanted yo win thus at Spurs....... and DL would have td him he eouldbe working to bring in players to achieve that.....
....sadly it hasn't happened and it won't happen.....
so Kane is saying he wants to go somewhere to win things.

Why should he say quiet? (especially if that iys what convinced him to sign for 6 years)
completely DL's fault in my opinion

What is going on at our great club.Strong rumours that we have approached Pochetino but Paris say he is going nowhere. How much longer are we to be rudderless and does Levy have any idea who our next manager will be.Whoever it may be needs all the time he can get to to get rid of the wage stealers and replace them.If we are not careful we will be still waiting with only a couple of weeks to the start of the season. No wonder we are laughed at and called bottlers .

I see Stirling has been let go. I thought he was one of those tipped to make it?

The lack of youngsters in our team over these past couple of seasons has been telling. Tanganga apart who is really equipped to make it? Is the whole youth set really working or just ticking along these days?

We should have used them in the Europa League this past season. They could hardly have fared worse than the seniors.

But whatever individual parts of the club fail or are successful, the club as a whole will never enjoy the success it should enjoy with one of football's perennial failures in overall charge of it. We can only pray that there exists a set of circumstances that arise to persuade Levy to step aside....

I am surprised that nobody else has questioned the Tottenham youth policy or lack of it.Before Mason was promoted to player development he was I believe part of the youth coaching which makes his temporary promotion to first team coach all the more mind boggling.Villa won the youth cup this year and 2 of their players came on against us and looked comfortable.Neither Pochetino or Mourino showed any real interest in the youth side even though Pochs son was a player for us
