I'm not sure my heart can cope with all of this excitement! Swansea arrived at the Lane well drilled under their new manager and came with a plan to play on the counter attack whilst frustrating Spurs. When, after 18 minutes, Swansea somehow fashioned a lead, there was a sense of deja Vu. The Palace smash and grab looked like it may be back to haunt us.

Son wasted a great chance with his left foot and Fabianski played the best game he has ever played. A keeper well known for flapping, dropping the ball or missing it completely was inspired. It was if he was playing for Arsenal and desperate to stop Spurs from getting anything from this encounter.

By half time I started to feel that this just wasn't going to be our day. At Old Trafford everything was going our way. Rashford was destroying the Gooners yet we were not taking our chances!! In Leicester the celebrations were loud. This was turning out to be their day as both halves of North London seemed to be fluffing their lines.

But when the whistle blew for the second half at White Hart Lane, their was only one thing on Tottenham's mind. Equalising and then victory. You would be hard pushed to see a more one sided 45 minutes of football anywhere. Fabianski pulled off more world class saves and never mind thinking, 'how are we losing' it was more a case of how aren't we winning by 6 or 7?! And that is no exaggeration.

Shots reigned in but it wouldn't go in. Then on came Chadli. He scores goals. And he did. Spurs were level and as Arsenal got back into the game in Manchester, Spurs could smell their chance. On they pushed and Danny Rose hit one which went in sending White Hart Lane and Mauricio Pochettino into ecstasy.

I've never seen Poch anything than calm. Today he was a man possessed. He kicked every ball. He tackled every tackle. He celebrated with his team. HIS Tottenham Hotspur!!

United held on in Manchester whilst the only club from North London celebrated and moved within 2 of leaders Leicester whose celebrations may have been somewhat muted by full time. More importantly, Spurs are now 3 points ahead of Arsenal with a fabulous goal difference, almost an extra point in itself.

We go to West Ham next followed by a massive North London Derby on Saturday. It could be a massive moment in this premier league battle. The title chase is going all the way this season and it appears Tottenham Hotspur are up for the fight.

It's time to believe!! It's time to Dare to Do. Audere Est Facere.

As ever, come on you Spurs!!

A crucial win. 3 or 4 seasons ago, a point would have been rescued. But not with this team; it has hunger, resilience and most of important of all, a never say die attitude. Today's victory is exactly what title contenders do!

However, I do feel 4 points from the next 2 PL fixtures is an absolute minimum (and certainly achievable). Take 6 points, anything is possible come May.

    Keep it going. COYS

This young team of fighters have the heart of champions with an indefatigueble will to win. Proud to be a Spurs fan since 1981 but truth be told, this the first Spurs team since the early 1990s that exemplifies day in day out our motto: Audere Est Facere indeed!
No matter where we come out at end of the season in the PL and in Europa, we have a team that will eventually win lots of silverware.

West Ham and the scum next. Let's crown ourselves kings of London this coming week.

    COYS! TTID!

Was treated to a box seat behind the goal at Paxton, so closer to all the second half action. It was amazing, thrill a minute, or second, stuff.

Great character from all the team.

The stats show 34 shots, 14 on target, and only 3 of our players having an average position in our own half, Hugo, Toby and Kevin. Swans had 9 in their half.

We go to our last game at the Bolyn full of confidence - keep it up lads.

Was busy today so was just keepin an eye on the game, first look Swans scored second look We scored daren't look again.

We would've bottled this seasons past so a great result all things considered especially a mid week europa and going a goal behind.

Its a belief thing now, a belief from the team that they'll turn it round and a belief from the fans, all inspired by Poch.

I would like to take this opportunity to say my early reservations about Poch were wrong i now wish he was my Dad, Brother, Best mate ! LEGEND!

Pikies next tough game but 1 we can win, then theres a huge possibility that we could stretch a 6 point lead on the Scum when we give them a lesson at the Lane.

I desperately hope we have something to show for this great season, Title or Europa we deserve it!

I think it'd be brilliant to sign off at the Boleyn ground by thrashin the pikies! difficult game on paper, if they play like they did against Sunderland and we create the chances we have done today it genuinely could be double figures!
Naturally, it won't. 3 points today is great, need to follow it up though.

The fitness of this spurs squad is truly remarkable. We had 2 counters off corners in the latter stages of the game with about 5 to 6 spurs sprinting past swans. This attribute must give the lads so much confidence knowing that whatever team we face we can outlast throughout the game, Walker was hard done by; didn't think he was off for his goal.

Overall another good team performance, apart from Eriksen; most of our attacking players didn't have a good game...Chadli did well when put on the field. To still get a win despite that, cements that fact that we can win in many different ways. On to the next one!!!

Watching this game was also starting to think it was going to be one of those days, we had a lot of chances and a few of those should have been goals despite Fabianski having the game of his life.
Nerve racking stuff for us the fans but this team has incredible self belief and determination.
Good, hard fought win in the end especially with the scum dropping points at OT, beating them at the lane next weekend will be one of the sweetest victories of all time.

If we had lost the old 'Europa League syndrome' would have been used by many as a the reason. We did however have the game sewn up by the 77th minute and managed 14 shots on target - Leicester on the other hand, who had had two weeks off took until the 89th minute to secure victory and only managed 3 shots on target.
Winning is a drug and the players are getting hooked!

At around 56th minute I gulped almost full glass of Jonny Walker hoping it will help either me or the Spurs. It did well for both. COYS!!

The players and the coach believe, as fans we also should start believing in this team. Not saying they'll win the league this year (which we should) but the near and distant future is so full of promise that the so called "spurs of old" tag doesn't really fit this team anymore. I've fully tied myself to the wagon, I'm a believer!! COYS!

As the season has progressed, particularly post Christmas we have gone about our games with a level of commitment, energy and professionalism that is now there for us all to see. We are waking up to the possibility that we are contenders, without daring to say it, for fear of scuppering our chances.
Just carry on doing what you are doing lads. more of the same please. We'll be there for you.
