I hate to say it but do we really need a 19 year old young lad thrown into the business side of one of the toughest leagues about. Personally i think this is a massive gamble and year if he comes good in a season or two (like most of our foreign imports) will this really help this term? I hope i'm proved wrong but this is by no means a tried and tested is it. For me its sell a couple, give big bucks to Wesley Sneijder or look about for fringe players at top clubs in the Premier League who are ready to fit in go. (And or get Carroll back from the Swans). Also what about the top shooters in the Championship?

I agree. But keeping in mind that sources report "without option to buy" , this seems to be a man meant to sit on the bench mainly to come on if the team suffer multiple injuries. Since the team has quite a few defensive midfielders atm, the transfer indicates that some players are indeed leaving the squad (Capoue/Paulinho). If either of those two players do not leave, then signing Rabiot on a loan does not make sense.

    True

Telling that #PSG seemingly wont include option to buy. Rabiot may yet have future in Paris if Blanc (who's fed up with him) gets boot #THFC

If there is no option to buy then its a risk,we must get that included, i.e. the option to buy. But say what you like about Capoue/Paulinhno/Stambouli they are internationals bar Benji and have been here a couple of seasons plus. I think we should stick with them. They know whats required at this level and no there not the best but they are ok and i think they will get the idea of keep it simple and find the wide men or the attacking lads with sure passing.

I think Ekotte should be sold as we have Rose and Davies, but Chiriches can play at Right Back and i think we should keep him. Perhaps let Naughton go also. But lets not rock the boat with the others unless you have nailed on quality to come in and replace them.

Thats a squad effort, but it could go pair shaped quickly so lets be decisive in the market.

It appears that Blanc does not want to let Rabiot leave ( on loan ) , after all that .
He is class and would have provided great cover for Nabil , but without an option to buy him then we should blood the youngsters and rely on our packed squad . Shift a few first.
We do need a striker before Kane get's knackered. Yes they are expensive but scoring is the highest valued skill.
For me Benteke, or take advantage of Russia's deflation and look there ( Doumbia )
Saido B is worth £15m plus Lennon and take Kaboul for free ( please )
Lamela will get better and needs patience and Townsend can share that role,
    Chadli needs competition ( Ntep ? )
But a Striker is paramount. Who should we go for ?
