All too predictable under Pochettino at present?

Good points and for me I still believe that Poch's high press philosophy and style is confused and wrong for this team and Poch does not have the tactical nous or the flexibility to pull it off and the players know this and do not buy into it.
We are set up for the high press and then we rarely follow through. Worse, with our MF two and our high line defence pushing up and not pressing effectively we are left completely open to attack. So although we are set up to push them back and keep them in their half we rarely if at all put any real pressure on their defence while the opposition puts in a simple ball into the acres of space that we gift them and then carve us up.
Im not a believer in this philosophy of the high press and don't believe at all that it works consistently or that you can build a whole team around it this style. It doesn't work, we are not Barcelona or Bayern Munich. OK it works sometimes, and it looks good and gets the odd result but while so many are espousing and encouraging this style that rarely works and supposedly needs the whole team to push up we seem to ignore the sometimes disastrous results and negatives when it doesn't work which is most of the time.
Interesting comments from an unnamed player saying that Poch does not at all communicate with most of the players, how is he meant to implement this style and philosophy of his and oversee the clubs progression without open communication ?
