Bale would be a good signing. he's still a top player.
And I guess with Kane, Son and Bale up top......the remaining 7 and gk can just defend in shape. simple surely

    ....... now......can I name a decent defending 7

If the rumours are true and we also sign
a centre forward then Levy will have surprised the football world.I then think Mourino will have to prove he can still do it or he will not last.Just hope if Bale comes that he can find his fitness because 2 years with no football must take its toll. Now we should be unloading the deadwood and this looks like it includes Ali

Is Dier a complete fool??? He has said today that he didn’t feel the squad needed any fresh impetus when asked about the possible new signings .Is he fearing for his place perhaps and did he not take part in the appalling first game.A couple of good new signings might just wake up the pretenders earning a good living for little effort

Dier is an employee of THFC. He speaks banalities, as required by bosses.
