What a miserable attempt to discredit the fact I tipped us to beat city before the game but even you will know city are struggling with injuries at the moment.My tip today is a win against Villa and let’s hope my optimism is rewarded if not we will be bottom half.Forest managed by our reject have only lost one game.Unbelievable fact

 

Or… unbelievable fact, if we do win we are only 2 points off Arsenal who were tipped to challenge and who everyone said were brilliant a few weeks ago!

I agree we can improve , I agree we have had some bad results but this whole puerile back and forth is just about supporters occasionally” supporting” and not criticising all the time. Sometimes it would be nice to come on here after a win and get that enjoyable feeling of celebrating in the pub with other fans after a victory. Because I guarantee if there is a loss I will come on here and get loads of “I told you we are rubbish” from the naysayers!

How can I explain to you that I am the happiest person in the world at weekends when we win and depressed for days when we lose.But nothing will make me think all is well when we defend set pieces so poorly and get undone by one long ball.I love this club if you missed that but I want better and the players we have can be better with the right coaching system that is adaptable.I still think we will win today unless Romero is out and Davies plays centre half because Villas front men will be to quick for him,Time for Solanke to score

 

Interesting contrast in the predictions today. I don’t like to go against voiceofreason because his track record has been good, but I like Preed’s optimism here as well.

I see no reason why we won’t go full leather if Sonny and Richy are on board. That doesn’t mean we’ll win of course, just that we will deserve to. I’m waiting for the final lineups though.

Solanke at last .Movement in area so much better and he pressed so much better.Could be the making of.Brave subs although Betancour was on yellow and I assume Son being protected but he did not look happy,MOM Sarr by a mile.Ji did predict win but not4-1

 

Agree about sarr. I think with more confidence he can be really good. I think he has a tendency to believe the others are all better play makers etc but that goal against city has given him belief

 

Why was there 10 mins overtime when it was all down to Villa time wasting.If they had scored in that time it would have been a traversty.Need a change in rules.Great goal by Maddison but his place is definitely under pressure as the midfield without him closes down so much more which helps defending.Apart from set pieces we look much more solid defending with Sarr Betancour and Kulu in midfield.Maddison would not have been on without injury to Richarlison

 

There is a chance ce that vdv will come back before Romero and that might end up finding a better partnership with dragu!

 

Agree but he will get a few games before break.I suspect that Romero was not that badly injured but I may be optimistic

 

Tough game. Villa are a good side. But we were just too relentless in the second half.

Sarr quietly having a very good season. Kulu growing into our best player; captaining his country has matured him. Solanke rewarded for all his effort off the ball … great attitude. Radu always looks the part. Richy injured again smh.

cannot keep giving the ball away….but really sometimes you just need to put it over the top.
constantly trying to play out from the back is under instruction….and we know Ange won’t change that

Having said that….a tough place to play football…..against a good side
