This spurs team need a coach that specializes in coaching a specific formation as Mp's double sessions approach is not working. Spurs changed formation 3 times in the match, which makes me think Mp doesn't have a set formation which the players know and trust.

This squad has enough quality to put out a good team playing 433 or 4231. When you look at Lampard and Rodgers it shows what a change of coach can do.

Mp has done ok for spurs however, if spurs are to progress then spurs have to look for a manager who will play the players in their best position.

If a new coach came in all he would need to do is sort out the defence, which wouldn't be that hard.

The mid needs a proper dm, however, Winks/sisoko with Locelso and Tanguy is ok in the short term.

Up front Moura/Lam/Sess with kane and son.
Spurs will need to buy a Dm, Lcb and maybe a wing forward and rb. Plenty can be sold so not that bad a position for the right candidate.
Yesterdays match showed why mp needs to leave
Kane had a virus a week ago it as obvious kane was off the pace why not sub at 70min mark? Pep subs augero and klopp subs Salah when they aren't playing well, however Mp never subs Kane. For me another sign of being a poor manager. Coys

This article is a brilliant summary of how i and a lot of spurs fans feel. How long before we actually demonstrate to get. Poch out?.. He is not bigger than this great club. What is he up to? His selections and tactics are absolutely baffling! I took my 5 year old son to his first league game yesterday. Whilst i was relieved that his favourite player Son scored, sheff utd could and should of won this game comfortably. They are a well coached and well organised team and were better to watch than us. The rememberence tribute before kick off was fantastic and my favourite part of the afternoon. How can the players not be inspired by this and the wonderful atmosphere inside the stadium from our loyal fans? Instead they strolled around like they'd just eaten a dodgy lasagne! Tbe only player who looks like he is putting in a proper shift is Son. Toby on the bench with Dier first choice is just plain weird and he picks up a yellow in the first minute! Ramon Vega would not looked out of place in this defence infact he would have improved the quality. I am tired of poches apathy apparent disinterest and arrogance. Its almost as if the champs league '' success '' is damaging the club because the continued revenue ticks the box for Levy. There are plenty of good managers out there, i hope we can find one because i can not see a single positive of having pochettino in charge of our club. I watched the u23's last week and they are just as dire. Its not football.

Pochettino does have a plan but it simply didn't work out.

First of all, to distance himself from the transfer business and Levy. Secondly, to distance himself from the players by telling the media that there are many players he didn't want to have in the squad and the club need to replace players in Jan transfer winder.

    It didn't work.

So Pochettino then have a reconciliation dinner with Levy. He then told the media that he has full confidence in his players and that they aren't going to buy players in Jan.

That was the plan that was obvious to me. If he has other plans, it wasn't obvious to me, at least.

If Pochettino suggest to Levy that we should get kicked out of the UCL and FA Cup and Top 4 don't matter, just avoiding relegation is sufficient challenge for this season, he'll get his damn ass kicked for sure. I would certainly like to see you convince Pochettino to do that. That way, we won't have to wait until Christmas for a change.

    Eureka moment !!!!

But let's get it right this spurs are a lot worse than 2014 were looking at Ramos 2nd season/or pre Jol.
Chronic lack of investment which I've felt like I've been banging a 1 man drum at times about, incredible how all those that pretended signing no one was perfectly acceptable and that a young side and manager would just improve undoubtedly.
They also said the squad couldn't be improved (just think how ridiculous that sounds) were actively against signing competition for places.
Were also happy with the last window and lambasted me for saying there was little to no improvement over all and that there were glaring deficiencies throughout the squad.
Now calling for a rebuild along with Poch - how far burried in delusion have you people been FFS?

But amazingly they've either disappeared or are now calling for a rebuild and investment talk about after the horse has bolted.
When I called the football as being turgid and clueless I was told that coz we'd stole a laboured 1-0 or rescued a draw I should just enjoy the ride.

And I'm sorry Spurporter but I've got to remind u that this was the season in your words we were going to comfortably finish above Liverpool coz we had a much better team remember ........

What utter twaddle again from spurporter. He wants us to throw the fa cup and Europe so we can concentrate on the league because our squad is not big enough. Its plenty big enough but unfortunately the quality is not there due to the poor transfer business and the poor handling of the squad from pochetino. He says that the only way for a new manager to improve results is to make under performing players play better .Well that is the reason we need change because the players have stopped listening to Pochetino. I also would point out to him that I watched the under 19s last week and the under 23s and both were dire so apart from his mismanagement of the 1st team he does not appear to be to worried about what we are developing for the future.Maybe he and Levy should have a chat with the Chelsea back room who seem to get all the young talent..I do believe that spurporter is starting to see the light but pride still won’t let him go the whole way

There will be time when Pool will be in the same shape we are and their supporters will be calling for Klopp's head as unfairly. They will be claiming that Rogers gave Klopp a well constructed team and Klopp just ran the wave.
The only thing that is certain in football is its cyclical nature. Our cycle came to the end sooner than I and most expected. I am sorry, but I can't give you and others here a credit for foreseeing it coming, since pessimism in football always comes true sooner or later. I just came sooner, but the end of cycle is unavoidable. Investments in new players may prolong the cycle, although not always, as MU after sir Alex demonstrated, but at some point the rebuild must start. I do not think Pool's cycle will last past this season or next. Everything comes to the end.

Chelsea have that talented lady Granovskaya that runs the football affairs for Abramovich. Levy is no match to her. So no chat is possible. Just stop to envy our London adversaries, will ya?

I start thinking it was agreed between the two well before the current collapse.

Big Chance today to close in on Chelsea after their shock losses to West Ham, Everton and Bournemouth.

With Leicester also dropping points, Scum playing City this is a perfect opportunity to put ourselves right back in the mix for the top 4.

What more motivation do we need. This looked impossible a few weeks ago but incredibly with a new enthusiasm and some direction introduced we've started to turn things round.

Wolves are no push over boasting some good players and a positive footballing philosophy, whilst also at home we are gonna need to play well to take 3 points here.

From what looked like a season of despair we are through in the CL and now have a realistic chance of getting back in the top 4 it really is quite remarkable.

Let's hope it continues today and we take our 'Chances with Wolves'

Hopefully we turn up with the professional attitude to get the job done today, big performance needed from all.

    Prediction
    1-3

We need to tighten up the defence and Dier is the best option in the midfield and Jose is putting faith in Dier. He had a good game today. Hope he continues to up his game and regain his old form.

Wolves had the initiative today and were fast and dangerous. I am glad we defended very well, working as a team to foul Traoré :D to come away with all 3 points.

Next week's game with Chelsea will be a six-pointer

Maybe Jose keeps picking Dier because he believes that he can improve and to be fair Dier has been better in our last two league games hopefully he continues to improve nice to see us not afraid to battle and be a bit more nastier the top 4 moves a lot closer but still need a few players but today is not the day to dwell on that

Didn’t see the game. Just wanted to say nice headline felon!
On the Dier point, it would be great if he gets back to his best, the games I’ve seen he has been a long way off that but when playing well he does stabilise the defence

With regards to Dier , his cover and protection he provides is the best we have in DM currently and I'd much rather see him in there doing that job than the complete non entity that is Winks.

Is he a great player ? No
Does he do a job ? Yes
Could he be better ? Yes
Can he improve ? With consistency we know he can play better.

I only caught 1st half and we were by far 2nd best to everything.
Mouras goal being the difference, my pal tells me it was much of the same 2nd half.
But as I said Wolves are a good side so to come away with 3 points away having not played well we must be happy with.

Now it's time for Jose to give Chavs some more problems huge game.

    COYS
