Another match at White Hart Lane, another 4-0 win for Tottenham. An extremely comfortable and classy victory for the Spurs. This is the eighth time Spurs have scored 4 goals this season, a league high.

    Player ratings

Hugo Lloris - 7 - Only faced one shot on target for the entire 90 minutes and kept the all important clean sheet. Routine day for Hugo.

Kyle Walker - 7 - Again Like Hugo, Walker had a very comfortable afternoon under the sun at The Lane. Was rarely troubled defensively and, as ever, contributed to the attack.

    Toby Alderweireld - 8
    - Every week. Every week Toby puts in a world class display for Spurs. Dealt with everything that came his way with ease and his distribution from the back was on point as usual.

Jan Vertonghen - 8 - Another fabulous display from the classy Belgian centre back. One of our most consistent players this season. Brilliant display.

Ben Davies - 7 - With every passing game, Ben Davies is getting better and better deputising for the injured Danny Rose. Another very solid display from the Welshman who also provided the cross for Vincent Janssen’s goal.

Eric Dier - 7 - Eric Dier is in his best form this season and it's no coincidence that it's happened when he's gone back to his defensive midfield role. He and Dembele ran the show.

Mousa Dembele - 9 - What a performance. Not only did he get his first goal since January 2016, he only misplaced one pass. ONE PASS. Incredible performance. Just brilliant.

Heung Min Son - 8 - Son is in the form of his life. Scored yet again for his 12th goal of the league season. Son was also the man who set the tone for the press. Non stop running.

Dele Alli - 7 - Not Dele’s best performance but he still put in a great shift for the team and got himself a nice assist for Harry Kane's goal.

Christian Eriksen - 7 - One of our most in form players at the moment, The Dane put in another classy performance and grabbed himself his 12th assist of the season.

Harry Kane - 7 - The main man is back. Grabbed himself a lovely goal for his 20th goal of the season. He has now scored 20 or more goals in the past 3 seasons. Just incredible.

    Subs

Vincent Janssen - N/A - Played the last 6 or 7 minutes but managed his first goal in the league from open play.

Victor Wanyama - 6 - Came on and looked a little rusty returning from injury.

    Moussa Sissoko - N/A

Now we must wait and see if Chelsea slip up at Old Trafford on Sunday. COYS

A great team performance my only critic is why Poch waited so long to make any subs, with the Chelski match up next would it not have been wise to take off Kane and maybe Ali,or Son a lot earlier than he did, Janssen is getting better goal number 2 from open play, the entire team are a joy to watch now we need Manure to help out..COYS..

Janssen on only for 5 minutes did more than Wanyama so should have got a mark, his goal altered the final result, and if the Russians from down the road slip up that goal could be massive?

This was another accomplished performance, with every man jack putting in a big shift. Quite how we dropped points at there's is a mystery.

Dembele awesome and going the full 90 now, don't you just love him.....and a goal to boot.

We should have scored more but that's being picky. Next week will be very different, physical and tense. We must be on our very best form....a bit like today.

A very robust and solid team performance, the team have progressed from being a team of single player's to a unit of fighters under a manager who has at last given us fans want we want to see, flowing football and a back bone that we have lacked for years, maybe it will not be this season that we take the title but it will come, untill then sit back and enjoy..COYS

Yeah, a complete performance, even if Bournemouth were absolutely awful. They recently nicked draws away to Liverpool and Man United, so I was expecting a more testing afternoon, but after around 5 minutes it was clear who was in charge. Such was our domination it became a little boring at times, probably why we cheered and sung when Bournemouth actually managed a shot in the second half! Having said that I'll settle for boring 4-0 wins every weekend, one like that against the Chavs next Saturday would be nice! COYS. :)

Don't forget , not being in Europe does have its advantages as we,be seen lately with Scouserpool , Leicester and Chelsea this year so I'm hoping they do get Europa League , just to make things a little more difficult for them ....

Another great weekend overall , what a week of football we have starting next Sat eve , 3 games in a week and all of them massive games now , none of them look easy but they look a hell of a lot more difficult for our opposition right now ... Talk about a defining week , this is the time we really find out about our team , squeekie bum time for sure , this is what it's all about tho , my head is spinning thinking about what might happen over next couple of weeks ... Have a good week all and try and relax before the sh1t well and truly hits the fan from Sat onwards ..... That's going to be a tough week on the old ticker ... C.O.Y.S ......

You are not wrong there Burnt.....this is the best Tottenham team, emphasis on the team, in three generations, and are progressing with every game.

EVERY game is a cup final. They/we stand on the edge of greatness....capable still of being the only Spurs team to win a title since the immortal Double Team. If we finish up winning it, it will be because we have been a special side and a stellar team. I'm feeling good about this.....it's like when the traffic lights all seem to be in your favour...........COYS

A recap of the week gone by..A good start with a 4-0 win and then Chelski dropping 3, so reasons to be happy, alas the scum managed to scrape a win, they remind me of a floater that will not flush!!anyway the max points they can get if they win ALL there games is 78 minus the game against us so that is max 75 so unless we go into total melt down we will finish above them..COYS.
