    Thoughts....

After reading all the comments above and "liking" many of them, there is much common feeling about last night seeing things slipping away. It was a always a steep hill to climb, now our Everest.....

It's interesting that many or most of the contributors not only see the same things, but when reflecting back on the season, can almost recall every key slip-up or mistake because, when compared to any of the last 20 seasons, there are relatively few...the Sanchez goal, the 86th minute slip that let Huth in, to name but two.

At our best we have been dominant in so many different areas, apart probably from not being able to deliver 1-0's like the Foxes, like last night.

I stood with our group last night and we all agreed it had been an exceptional season, beyond all our wildest dreams, in stark contrast to our view at Game 2 back in August. We have a core, we must keep key players, yet we lack depth and certainly lack CL depth and quality.

Can we rely on DL.....let's give him the benefit of the doubt one more time, get Poch signed up and the deals done sooner rather than on 31/8/16......please Daniel!

Finally can I see us winning all three and the Foxes failing to secure 3 points......it may not be probable....
    ...but it is possible.

    Well played lads and COYS

the problem we have is that the only game Chelsea will really want to win is the one against us

and if it does go to the last game....will they really go all out and stop Ranieri picking up the title.....I doubt it

Liking this well founded optimism for our future. Bit of a blame culture around following Monday which I don't like after a wonderful season. Some well considered signings and keep all top staff and we'll be there or abouts next Sea-Son as Poch says. COYS

Slowly coming to terms with the result Monday, albeit very very slowly.

Reflecting on the season to date, as we all know there have been far too many draws - especially at home and from winning positions too. Moreover, it is important that this young team learns from such moments and become more ruthless/clinical in future seasons. It is clear we have to find Plan B's and a way to close out the tighter contests.

In any case, we have done very well this season and if we finish second then great; on the proviso we beat Chelski at the Bridge of course :). We all would have taken 2nd in August; however, if we were told that Leicester City would finish above us, we certainly wouldn't have taken that - which is why it hurts!

Anyhow, plenty to be positive about and we hopefully have a bit of longevity/stability - at last!

Season isn't over. Did Spurs clinched CL spot? Did they finish above scum? Do you want MU to win on Sunday? Or we want to clinch CL along with LCFC clinching the title? Draw at OT and win at Stamford Bridge will give Spurs CL and even some EPL hope.
    Go Canaries!! COYS!!!
