Wtf.....we have failed to score against them over two games.....puts the pressure back on.

Mind you if Cheslki win tomorrow and we win our last two, we're third.......pigs might fly 'eh....

Another awful show I thought - we MUST win our last two. MUST. How can you fail, in two games, to even look like beating one of the PL's complete cannon fodder ? 70+% possession in both games counts for Jack against a real bucket side. Count in points dropped against Watford, Brighton, Swansea Southampton, Spam and such, none of them remotely decent sides, and we've really thrown away a lot. And Lamela ? Don't start me again.

Gordon it's because our overhyped 'style of play' mainly consists of us passing the ball sidewards in safe areas and then Kane getting a Brace out of nothing.
If Kane's not Firing it then just becomes ambling around aimlessly with the ball.

Three at the back a big mistake today.. where on earth did that come from?

Absolutely bossed possession but created nothing in the process.. apparently we had 18 shots? I must have fallen asleep.. I can only recall one good chance

Kane very poor today.. Lucas remarkably still on the bench.. Dembele conspicuous by his absence

The great bottle job is on..

Hey Baz- if the Chavs win tomorrow, and I reckon they will, the ball will really be up on the slates. The way we're performing (or not if you like) we'll do well to get even one win from either Newcastle or Leicester and 4th is gone.

Having a laugh here Jam - absolutely must to try and stay sane - but no mention of Pamela ? you must have thought he did alright. :p

No one was good Gordie.. Kane particularly.. Lamela was just being Lamela.. nothing unusual there

Funny how the success of an entire season now comes down to two games.. I'm not sure I want to think about that too much at the moment

Did anyone see pochs interview saying he was not angry just dissapointed can you see mourino saying that after that dross. Why was son not on instead of lame la and why the 3 at the back after alll this time.Drop Sanchez who is an accident waiting to happen and play 4at the back but if verts is injured we will probably get beat twice next week.please give mouro a full game and play him wide and please gi ve. Kane a kick up the backside and pass the ball forwards not side to side

These are worrying times, all since we lost to Juve...so many players off form since then. Watching against Watford was painful.

Son, Kane, Dele, Eriksen look weary and lacking in confidence, Moussa now not fit.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing, but it's in our hands, with two home games to close off for a reasonable season.....I'd have taken CL last 16, PL 4th, Cup Semi back in August, with Wembley looming....bottle it and it'll be Armageddon.....

Going back and looking forward (Back To The Future ?), as you mention, most of us would say "yeah, I'll have that", but now looking back - getting complicated here - we're disappointed because of what could have been, and possibly should have been, an even better season. Stupid points dropped against sides that, until the last few weeks, were ALL staring at the drop with real alarm, some lamentable Cup collapses against Juve, The Sh*te and not forgetting Spam too, in the League cup; another shocker that I almost forgot about. It just feels like a downer to me.

Such fine margins, and such poor results early on against Swansea, WBA, Burnley. The losses at Leicester, Manure.....we should have been taking it easy....

pochetino now reverting to type .After two seasons of reasonable success results start to disintegrate as at Southampton and his time in Spain. He has no game management and I think the players are starting to realise this. Why with only 3games left is he rotating the squad and playing no hopers like lamely and leaving moura on the bench and the bringing the clown Lorente on who had a hand in helping West Brom score

Big Fran said he thinks Pochettinos off in the Summer I said at 1st that I didn't think so, but putting all his pre and post match actions together recently I'm beggining to think this also.
He seems to be distancing himself from any of the problems he's causing/caused , all of his talk has been passive to negative for weeks and his team selections/squad management have either been a Blinkered perspective or suspicious imo.

If he's again saying we need to be more clinical first he needs to start with getting the team to stop plodding around in safe areas, secondly he needs to pick a team with a plan to exploit the opposition's weakness and stop shoe horning players in from out the cold or who just don't offer anything, thirdly shouldve sold the serial underperformers and bought better than Llorente.
To still look/act baffled as to why our halfway line 'Dominance' doesn't create much is on him and the players he picks, runs into the ground, ostrasizes and instructs.

What absolute rubbish about Sanchez. He has played excellent this year. A few mistakes but he is a better centre back than most of the rest of the leagues options

Five defenders and a defensive midfielder against a team you know you're going to dominate , mind boggling stuff really but
we've been rubbish for week's tho regardless of set up or systems , getting away with it at times doesn't hide that ....

Why have we payed 25 million for lucas and then refuse to play him. To me he looks good player but if manager does not rate him save the money and buy someone else

    Thanks for the mention felon..
Definitely looks like a man ready to walk and probably has offers on the table. Maybe a little cynical here but if he gets sacked he gets paid out also.

On the back 3 issue I give you this and I said it a while ago it comes from a manager not having the balls to pick 2 out of 3 top centre halves.
Now I've nothing against a bk 3 if you have a fully fit rose and the best right bk in the league in walker who we sold to the best team in the league who coincidentally desperately needed a right bk .. How did that one pan out..
